I am an author, writer, teacher, speaker, camp director and creator of informative content. I write enticing text, delivered in a creative and persuasive style, that reaches out to the reader in a conversational and connected format.

Kathie and I also founded Future Craft Collective, which offers families ideas, projects and camps for creating sustainable connection through sustainable crafting.
My next book, Slow Family Living; presenting simple ways to slow down, connect and enjoy every minute in an increasingly hectic world, will be published by Perigee Books, in Spring 2013.
I am also the co-creator of Slow Family Living, helping families find ways to slow down, connect and truly enjoy family life. Slow Family Living has been featured in Time Magazine, the Boston Globe, Parents magazine and many other print publications. It has also been featured on The Today Show and other national and local news broadcasts.
